||The grapes of El Solà d’en Pol Blanc are picked in the first 2 weeks of September and they are pressed directly. The fermentation takes place at a temperature between 16°C – 18°C. It stays for about 3 months in a stainless steel tank after this process the wine has to be bottled contemporary.
||Bright lemon – colored wine. El Solà d’en Pol Blanc is a very elegant, light, fresh and harmonic wine with a present acidity. Its palette of aromas includes citrus fruits, green apple and pear. This components make it to a perfect summer wine.
