||Mas d’en Pol Barrica Negre is macerated for about 20 – 25 days, up next follows the controlled fermentation at around 28°C – 30°C. Before the wine ripens for 1 year in the bottle it had matured for about 8 months in French oak barrels.
||The intensive ripe fruit aroma of dark berries, gives the wine its special character. After a while the toasting aroma of the French oak barrel appears as well. The pleasant acidity brings the freshness in the wine and additionally builds a very nice balance together with the fruity aroma and the smoky nuances.
